Archived OPU on Thanksgiving

Seasonal flex fulfillment person here first time working retail....I'm scheduled for OPU on Thanksgiving day 8-4:30pm. Do you think there's still 30 minute deadline for orders when store is not even open until 5pm? I'm also OPU on Black Friday....is it going to terrible? I'm getting nervous. Thanks for any input.

Frankly they should be cancelling any OPUS on Thanksgiving as it is unfair to the people waiting outside and for the people rushing to the store. They have been doing that at the store I was at for the last three years. I think there may have been a time though when they started accepting them again but I am not 100 percent sure on that

2am CST on Thursday, Black Friday Prices will become live on T.COM.
By 5pm Store Time, all orders (SFS and OPU) are meant to be picked.
Doorbuster and other items will be disabled (At store open)

Doorbusters make sense on not picking but what are the "other items" usually?

I think opu sucks during that day.... out of all the days of the holidays it will be horrific

Yep and I think on Saturday the door buster items came up for picking..
