Just heard about this. Does this start after so many hrs worked or years of service? Also, how long do you have to work and retain your discount when you leave. Planning for the future lol

I get personal hours and I'm not even to five years yet.

That was in reference to the lifetime discount. PH are ( my experience anyway) 1000 hours worked, 6 months, >31.5 hours average in the month that that benchmark is reached.
