Potential Conflict of Interest

Hi everybody! I’m new to the room. I’ve been with Spot since October of last year. I’m not sure where to ask this question so I’ll start here. I recently got an LLC and am starting my own company/business selling beauty products as well as shirts. Would this be a conflict of interest and is it something that I should disclose to STL/ETL/HR?
