Archived Question about vacations

How many vacations can you take a year for 12 days? Like say you took 12 days off in February but you wanna take another 12 days off in like September or something how strict are they on that ik my store approves days off if you tell them ahead of time. Also is it ever possible to get 15 days off or is that harder to get and just stick to 12?

You will have to do an loa for over 10 days. It will be unpaid vacation & will impact your average hours for benefits, etc. Spot should not have an issue with it.
