Archived SbTL offer

My store recently announced that we are getting rid of our FA and getting a Starbucks. I have been prepping for TL interviews and by the sounds of it, there's a good chance I'll be put on the bench. My ETL had already mentioned how they're looking to me for the TL spot over at the new Starbucks. Before everything is final can some of you fellow SbTL's please tell me what I'd be getting myself into!!
