Most of the ones on pegs come in the same shelf ready packaging as the shelves. I always found it strange they were on pegs to begin with.Anyone else notice they removed some of the pegs off the aircare aisle and replaced them with shelves? Like they want all the car air fresheners on the shelf now instead of being on pegs like they were… why…

Honestly the pog needs pushers.
The label holders I think you are looking for are PR001. You can check the Pog listing for the number.Does anyone know the part number for the label
Strip holder for the front end small coolers? Or is this a vendor product that we need to contact the cooler company for?
Also, does anyone have the strip # for the freezer shelves? The 1ft shelves used for products like ravioli and pizza
They've done a better job at shifting the salesplanners for major sets to the week after. So in this example, Paper/Chem sets this week and the salesplanners set next week. So you would use the back endcaps first and set SPLs as they sell down. What does everyone do with their clearance during a transition? Let's take the chem transition for example. All endcaps have new salesplans(which MUST be set, no if ands or buts), adjacent departments have new salesplans, district doesn't want it on towers. So where does one go with clearance and discontinued items?
I tend to tell the leadership/dayside team that I could not find a home for the clearance and continue setting 🤷♂. Especially with them wanting us always weeks ahead. We basically finished chems before the labels came in, and now are basically done with frozen (man that was annoying and pointless...) but of course ran out of shelves and target automatically sent the wrong style freezer shelves for our coolers! They’re asking for all the salvage this set to be shipped back ok separate pallets. Maybe they’re planning to reuse it haha.I wonder how many more Bullseye sets they have already gotten into the US. I wonder if Target would just bite the bullet on importing that stuff since it's so high margin.

Yep, we had to go back and put the labels in what we set, which hasn’t happened yet. It’s annoying for reverse aisles. You are setting without new label strips?
We have a back end cap between Personal Care and Paper that's been clearance for forever at my store. Chems, OTC, Personal Care, and Paper all use it and it's almost always pretty full. That would be the most logical choice but the salesplans are already set. Things like this must be what those hour long planning meetings are about 🤣 And some of the clearance is only 15% so I know it wouldn't be gone next week when the salesplans would normally set and all salesplans at my store MUUUUst be set no if, ands, or buts. They've done a better job at shifting the salesplanners for major sets to the week after.
