Anyone else not look forward to next week cosmetic set? 300+ hrs including cosmetic, mini, side caps, all the other crap like we don't even have that many presentation TMs LOL

Did any Men’s World Special Project stores get their Personal Care ISM bundled together like the communication said (single pallet, wrapped in purple wrap)? Ours either didn’t show up this week, or it came on the regular ISM pallet and our VM just chucked it into the pile on the floor in the fixture room like she does with the rest of our stuff.

Did any Men’s World Special Project stores get their Personal Care ISM bundled together like the communication said (single pallet, wrapped in purple wrap)? So we had a few mixed onto one pallet - we didn’t get everything. today another pallet is coming with the rest of the signing on it. I’ll be able to tell you how it got bundled once it’s delivered.

I know some of the individual boxes had the purple label on it for the ism that was delivered last week. Most of the wiring on the pallet coming today is all personal care with some style mixed in.

Thankfully my ETL told the VM to let presentation break down the pallets so we can ensue everything got delivered

Can target stop with the paper with no holes… I hate having to poke my own holes in the paper and then it becomes looking like a mess. They did that for the shave backer paper….

I had an Endcap like that. It had backer paper with no holes, so it looked a little rough by the time I spaced out the pegs correctly.

Can I just say how much I hate the new cosm planos😡 They used to show what fixture was needed for each shelf now it just shows a shelf with a list of fixtures?! Frustrating.

What backing paper you guys use for personal care? The 2026bp or the old white grey big circle?

We used extra 2026 storewide for any place that didn’t have special paper until we ran out of it. We had to extras from hair care due to having moveable walls instead of actual gondolas

A trick for this: I made holes in the paper after lining up a piece of regular paper and the paper without the holes on the floor for mounting.

Put the new paper on the gondola and then used canoe clips to hold the old paper onto of the new one, and counted the holes this way. It helped limit the holes I had to poke in it.

But didn’t account for the terrible fit they create these pogs with. Female shave has nothing but fit problems so I have to adjust the pegs again.

For all of them? That sucks. I only noticed this issue on our Loreal pog.

PS. If anyone is missing Pixi ISM. Ours was sent in a small regular brown Fedex box. Lucky I even found ours, it was randomly mixed into an Easter pallet.

The instructions do the round men’s table signing is incorrect. It mentions the bottom tier and the second to the top tier get the cut buy 3 get one free signing, but it’s the other way around. second from the bottom and the top tier get the cut one.

Also make sure to put them right next to each other at the edge, the last one will overlap slightly but it looks better with them perfectly touching

According to the Beauty Transition Prep Guide pulls and backstocking were not included in the SWC hours given. I communicated that and we did not do them.

Nope. There are two to four of us POG people on any given day getting zero support from anyone else, completely on our own for pulls and backstock, and always in peril of being poached to help another work center.

As usual, "leadership" refuses to supply the causes of the results it wants.

We are a men’s premium store - so it called for the wood grain backer paper which came in a box with the super graphic for men’s premium

There also was male shave which contained the blue backer for the Gillette sections
