I have a full sleeve. I am starting next week in HR I am wondering if my tattoo can be seen at all?

Not a problem. Target is very open about stuff like that. I could only see an issue if there was something vulgar or discriminatory about the tattoo

Target doesn't care. They would've mentioned it during the interview if it was an issue but at multiple Stores I've been at people ranging from TM's to ETL's have Tattoo's and no one bats an eye.

I met a GSTL with shoddy prison looking neck tattoos at another store recently. Not a big deal.
