Does anyone know how the money going into the well being account works? I was informed I have $300 in my “well-being” account. Can I use this for reimbursement on medicine/glasses or does this money just go towards doctors appts etc in the future?

Is it a FSA or HSA account?
You're usually issued a card tied to that account that you can use like a credit card.
You should be able to use it for prescriptions, OTC meds, doctor's visits, minor procedures - anything medical.

It’s the HSA account. It’s a well being benefit for wellness checks. I think it’s fairly new

Target contributes to your wellness account if you complete tasks designed to promote responsible health,
ie: annual check-up, screenings like colonoscopies or mammograms, selecting a primary care doctor, reading up on the differences between deductibles & coinsurance.
TMs can earn up to $500 ea year for completing these activities.
This isn't anything new but the requirements change year to year.
The difference in the accounts is that FSA money needs to be used up before year's end whereas unused HSA funds can roll over to the next year.
