Archived When are yearly reviews?

Just curious if there is a rough idea as to when, obviously it won't be an exact date but rough estimate would be awesome.

All Stores Are Not The Same. Can also be used to apply to districts (ADANTS), groups (AGANTS), regions (ARANTS), and even leaders in the same store (ALANTS).

I just came across my review paperwork from last year. Next level supervisor (I assume this is my ETL-HR) signed off on 3/30, and I was given my review on/around 4/15. Raise was reflected on my paychecks starting 5/8.

I got .43 last year, but usually a quarter is a good year.

My first year I started in November and being a new team member I got an i.e. and a seven cent raise

I got a raise of $1.04 and I know that 90% of my store will get a raise of around $1.00. Well, probably more than 90%. Basically anyone who has worked fewer than 8 years.

Last year I got about $1.50 raise. I didn't mention it to anyone, just in case it was an error.

Yep. Most TLs at my store got them this week. TMs start next week.

Bahh my store sucks. Last year I didn't get my review until a day before I could view my pay raise on my paycheck online

I'm pretty sure IE is Inconsistently Effective. And Unacceptable is just U. But that's really nitpicking lol.
