I'm curious does anyone ever say anything to guest when they Leave their Starbucks cup on the shelf and walk away Break/Spills something and walks away without trying to find a TM Brings down furniture/chairs/lamps/f-ing anything and just leaves it on the floor..and walks away Starts wrecking...

They have made it so the TPS is a useless position. APTL is where it's at now.

I would hope that your stores AP is already on it. I know I would be... maybe that's why they are ignoring it? Either way, if I was in your position I would call the hotline.

I stopped caring a while ago. The sooner I accepted that it's Spot's L the less aggravated I got. Follow the POS and send the guest on their way; will do!
