All the seasonal tms at my store had to sign a paper at the job offer stating they understood it was potentially temporary and that they could be let go at the end of the season.
So I recently found out an etl in my building is straight lying when they type coachings. Like blatantly misquoting people or saying "you didn't come up with a plan by xx date" when they definitely did come up with a plan.

My HR sends out weekly attendance reports and we have to coach on every attendance issue. Call out, late in, early out, everything. Only exceptions are bereavement and leaving early to cut ot. 1 NCNS is an instant final and the second is a termination.
