Just curious if there is a rough idea as to when, obviously it won't be an exact date but rough estimate would be awesome.

So if you're a TM, does just your TL factor in how your review is? Or does the ETL of the department have a say in what goes on your review?? Just anything about how reviews work please :)

Just got promoted to TL. Im going to get a $3 or $4 raise depending on which one i choose to take. Just wondering for the yearly review how much do TL get? I got .46 cents as a team member. Do TL get a lot less?
