Well my store is AA+, and we only have 2 gstl 2 gsa.... I cant imagine a AAA+ having more than 4 gstls really....

Maybe its a 2 level store? Still seems excessive, but that's the only thing I can think of.

we're AA+ and we have two gstl's and 5 gsa's. we did have 6 but one was very part time and we haven't opened another position for it.

I didn't get a PM.

:suicide2:

Haha, that's the same document I read a few months ago and it's where I initially read about the overnight hrtl.

Hardlines, I was just wondering if you happened to kbow how the volume letters correspond to the org chart? I'm familiar with volumes, just not how they correspond to the chart you posted. Much thanks in advance!!

You were a c volume in march. Go under store facts in workbench, for more details.
This may help:

ULV is an acronym meaning ultra-low volume and is typically used in reference to D and C volume stores.

What's this AE2013 stuff? I've only worked at Target for a little over 3 months.

Achieving excellence 2013, it tends to (by "it" I mean any years given AE) be viewed negatively b/c it cuts at a lot of mid-level/low-level management (i.e. ETLs/TLs). It's not near the beast many suggest it to be, but it can be a bit sucky.

It's where they determine where they can cut hours/positions to save money by trying really stupid things.

Here's an example:
At our store when they determined that we only need on ETL for the entire store for the salesfloor.

It was pretty d@mn sucky for me 2 yrs ago when it eliminated specialists.
Seriously, I've yet to see any recent AE changes that benefited TMs.

I hope the consider looking at the in stocks Backroom TL thing and give the in stocks portion to a SrTL SF. I'm a Org chart4 borderline every year to move to 5 but we never hit that 53.5 mil without phar/photo/and cafe. Org chart 5 they spilt the role.

I don't remember which org chart my store is, but we're A+ volume and don't have the combined Log TL. Instead, one of our Hardlines TLs is also the Instocks TL.
