Archived Any other Leaders struggling with 730am flow?

Hell, my 4am flow team can't even finish an 1800. We had one the other day that was just under 1600 (our average is probably 2300...with most trucks being between 2200 and 2500) and my flow team was still there at 1230. They didn't finish. They never finish. It doesn't help that we always have truck leftover from the day before. Sometimes two trucks earlier.

My store isn't on best practice, but we're clearly not on any process that works. Instead, my flow TL, Backroom TL, and ETL-Logistics just keep doing the same old thing. No one has been coached on urgency or productivity. They just let the flow team work at a snail's pace, overspend every truck day, come in on non truck days, and cut out early Saturday since they're all about to hit 40 hours. That team has at least 2 or 3 call outs daily, but no coachings on attendance. It's time for leadership to get serious about the job. I hate working in THAT store in the district.
