Just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference in pay between a hardline member and electronics member? Thanks

At my store, is a dollar more. But you seldom get hard line shifts if you work in electronics.

I don't know. I refuse to work electronics because the repetitive noises would drive me insane. I do know specialist work centers do get paid more than their counterparts. For example, I got a pay raise when I went from flow to PA.

Think it's a dollar here, GSA is anyway, so Electronics should be as well.

I find it so weird how the GSA and Starbucks TM have the same pay grade.

Maybe to make up for having to give up getting tips like a stand alone barista gets?

Yeah, that's ridiculous. I've been to grocery stores with SBUX in them and the baristas are allowed to get tips. Why can't Target SBUX TMs get tips?

Ours use to as well , then the stl put a stop to that. its a blanket rule of tms are not to take tips.

This is the same team that started keeping their music on all day, and tried to claim it was for the guests. That was super annoying. I think they finally stopped that. Now the TMs just wear headphones.

Seriously, that dept is a joke in this store.

Our Starbucks is well respected in our store and District. We're number 3 in the company for sales and soon to be number 1 since we will now have a second Starbucks on the second floor.

If I could put a tip jar out, I'd be rich.
