Just finished my two week notice as a FATL and now starting as an assistant manager at harris teeter today!!! Hoping for the best! I didn’t mind Spot too bad, I know experiences are different for everyone. But the reason I left is because the process for promotion is way too wishy washy and long. Harris Teeter has a policy of working at least 6 months and then eligible for promotion. 18 months is ridiculous when ETLs are being hired right out of college cmon Spot change that bullshit!!!
