So while waiting on my direct deposit to kick in, my paycheck was deposited on a wire card, without my consent. I don't even have one. (I was getting a paper one) had made a payment election change many months ago, and 2 days ago I noticed online, my stub said wire card on the bottom. I informed HR, who felt my bank would have my funds, if I go back in workday and re-submit my bank info. Well that didn't work. Wire card customer service can't help me, so where do I start the hunt for my funds!??

Verify your bank info in workday. Locate missing pay stub & then go to hr.
