I see alot of people saying on the target reddit that there store completely got rid of there truck teams. Im just wondering for those of you that work in store without a flow team how to you guys handle the truck unload and just the truck push in general

Flow didn’t go away. The terminology changed to inbound . We have 5 people on the line and 1 throwers . And we have about 15–20 stockers, from 11;30 pm till 8 am and one team of 5-7 people come to stock the restart 5 am -1:30 pm

Im thinking that some people just assumed there flow team went away because there less of us at some stores now and were called something else and were mixed in with the other push teams now

My store is always trying to get ride of us after they found out that we might go away when end 2 end first started.until they realize how much work we actually do then suddenly they want are help
