Archived Sales Floor Team Lead

Alot of our team leads are leaving at my store and one of the positions that opened up was a sales floor team lead. I want to switch to dayside from overnight and I was wondering if someone can give me some insight into this position and what it's like.

A lot of it depends on your stores expectations. Your first step is to talk to the Salesfloor ETL about it. I know our store has very different expectations from others. It's basically mama fining your own departments by coordinating with Plano on new sets, mapping sales planners, managing your discontinued. And training and following up with new TMs.

Also... I meant managing... Not whatever mama fining is...
