Wrapping paper would be gone if it was 70 and then 90%. But now we're paying a tm to salvage it out and people at the DC to process it. The constant screw ups are unreal.

For those that built the live plants containment, did it fit in the aisle? From the instructions, it looks too big to fit on the base.

That containment looks like it’s meant to be the one that’s just in the middle of the floorplan where the shipper was for the stocking stuffer slime

I haven’t done mine yet but looking at the VMG, there’s like 3 spots for live plants (which seem to be NOP) and that live plants aisle has no ism on it

Doesn’t sound too good. Reducing signing workload by 85%. Kinda sounds like why backer paper has slowly died off each transition

I don't mind if we just get ISM for seasonal, mini, focals, overheads, towers etc. but all those other minor or small ISM has to go, no one has time for those anymore.

Anyone else's ISM been coming in late? We just got a lot of the ISM for the 12/28 pets SPLs.

we got the ISM for personal care revisions the week after the set. I’ve noticed some stuff is slowly trickling in late after sets.

We also got Pets late so not too sure what’s going on.

I know the upcoming week the pallet contains all of the HBA trays for 2/1, but my archway boxes have not come in and I’ve ordered stuff like 6 weeks ago

No one has time because it comes in late or not at all. I spend at least 10 minutes in the ISM room if it says I need some because it’s so disorganized or not even in there. If it’s a big shipper then God only knows where it actually is come time to set it.

And how is this part of reducing ISM by 85% if the entire store needs to be swapped out for this. It's like they don't even look to see if everything communicate/do cohesively flows together as part of the same story. Where the hell is their copy editor!?
