Archived Small Target Electronics optimal schedule?

I work at a smaller Target that also is a pilot store for the new Mobile program where we activate phones. Last year we had a dedicated mobile rep, and 2 people in the morning and one closer on three truck days, now we are one morning and one night with 4 truck days. My question is for anyone in a similar situation; with all of the extra workload does anyone have a good good process that can knock all of the workload out?

There is no good process in electronics, now.

if you only have 2 people in electronics in a day, doing phones, and doing truck, you are destined to fail.
