So you’re a team lead who was making $16.65 and is now at $17.65. Not bad

Edit: I could be wrong, as the 8 months may mean your raise was prorated. If that’s the case though, at 8 months your raise for a DEO would be 4%, which a $1 raise would mean your pay went from $25 to $26.

The new starting wage breakdown is nuts. FACE areas get .50 more, the rest are all bundled together. I respect what the cashiers do, I really do. If you think their job is easy, do it for 8 hours. But if you are fully cashiered trained and can also work in other areas (trained not just a body) you deserve more $$$. This all size fits one is nuts.
