DEO. 5% raise. I'm surprised Target does a percentage raise instead of a flat rate raise. These percentages add up over the years. I'm over 15 as a regular TM now, so after next year's raise I expect to be at or above 16. Going on 14 years with spot now.
Because anyone who has been at target for 10 years or less (most of us) the percentages aren’t enough to not be completely wiped out by base increase

Wish I were you. Nineteen years in August, and with this year's moot raise, I'm making $12.32.
And when I started, they were flat rate raises: Satisfactory got you $0.25, Satisfactory+ $0.35, Excellent $0.45, and Outstanding $0.55. (If you were at the salary cap, no raise for anything under Excellent, Excellent $0.15, Outstanding $0.20). If my memory serves, they switched to the percentages when they renamed Satisfactory to Inconsistently Effective, and Satisfactory+ to Effective.

Been working at target for two years and never had a review. Anyone else have this happend?

They haven’t given our reviews yet but somehow mine showed up in workday. It shows DIO which is low, my other 5 have all been top with 5% raise. So they don’t have to explain?

Only 3 scores, Delivering Important Outcomes is the middle one. It means you are doing exactly what you are supposed to. To receive Delivered Exceptional Outcomes (top score) you would have had to do MORE than what was expected/required. They SHOULD explain why they feel you are no longer delivering more than expected. Also, Understand that you have to share the blame in your stores failures, did you not make sales ? Not set on time ? Not meet fulfillment goals ? If as a TEAM you have too many failures it is impossible to pinpoint 2 tm at fault and tell everyone else they are DEO.

Long timers like myself who have maxed out at our current paygrade. Lost the distinction of specialist pay grade. Would get nothing or very little as each minimum starting pay increase.d. It has sucked. But there is a small ray of light. Myself ( hope others ) I did get a much larger increase for the Deo than I would've because I'm not maxed out anymore. Sometimes I just have to find a little postive.

I had a sit-down for my first review, when I'd been with spot about 6 months. Second review was never given to me, I just had the base increase show up in my check but had no feedback. So I have no idea what my rating was that year. This year I can find a review score in Workday and the merit raise on my next paystub. I have not yet had a sit-down to explain the few notes on the review, but my availability is significantly reduced so it's possible that my schedule just hasn't lined up with my TL.

You’re not supposed to see it before conversation, but I did accidentally release one before I talked to tm, I think they saw it too b4 they should have, oh well.

Yeah well apparently I didn’t handle stress well. OK they forget I didn’t have a supervisor most of the year. The other people on my team only had a few months on. So I got shit dumped on me & I had to lead when I shouldn’t have. And we were short what the hell ever

Like who's got time to look at that? They should've just printed it out and gave it to us. Whenever I do try to look up that stuff, my manager considers me "loafing".
