i’m a seasonal target worker who just started this past may for the duration of my college’s summer break. may 23 was my first day of work, and my last day of work will be around the middle of august. I know the first 90 days are like an observation period, and I was wondering if since that’s not a full 90 day period, that would mess anything up?

Spot may hire you in 4th quarter, if you did well.
This ^ or see about an LOA if you plan to work the holidays. We have a handful of college students that only work the summer, thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas break between semesters. A couple will also work spring break, but not all. This could be a good idea if you would like to come back. It’s beneficial to the store to want to bring back a TM that they won’t have to train at the holidays. Plus it’ll be beneficial to you to have longer term employment on your job history - one thing HR does look at is employment history to see if a person trends as a job hopper. It isn’t a deal breaker but it’s still something they keep in mind.
