3 coachings for the same thing is a CCA, doing it again within 6mo is a final, doing it one final time within 12mo is term.. Dunno if that answered you but the question was a little foggy

Though they can make that 'same thing definition' pretty broad when it comes to performance.

There's a ton.. The way they handle guests, not getting work done, doing a crappy job, attendance, usually it's after you have a couple verbal conversations that you start writing them up.. If they're truly not performing well and you've attempted to try and correct their behaviors, you can get them on pretty much anything they do wrong you've told them not to do

When I say "get them",TMs, I mean it in the most lovingly of ways, of course
