Hey so I'm new here, but I've read a lot of the conversations and I was just wondering if there was anyone who could help me. I was placed on a probationary period almost a year ago and the probation was put for a year. (Another issue) But i was just curious can I get a transfer while I'm on that probationary period. Not to get out of it, but because I'm having more personal issues with my store.

Depends on your store. If it’s been over a year, you can transfer.

No you can not transfer stores if you are on a current cca

It's easy to deny a transfer because of the CCA, but it's not a guarantee.

You can definitely transfer while on cca. It is at the discretion of leaders at both stores. If your year is almost over, and you have shown improvement, they will probably consider it.
