We've never had candy for BTS. When we were overnights we'd have cookies, juice, bagels, snack items in the breakroom once a month for flow. Since going to 6am we've had nothing in the breakroom except for on black Friday.

In my store the base was $12.75, so with the 50 cents more they were at $13.25. Our base is moving up to $13 so there's a lot of 'why are they making more then me still?' The ones not complaining about that and instead complaining that new hires are starting at the same rate as veteran TMs...

No one is on our floor until 8. Possibly one in market and one in softlines and one cashier running the self checkout. I've been hearing complaints how it's impossible to find someone to help a guest.

What do guests have so much against using the self check outs? I prefer them over the normal registers. Do people come to Target just to talk to the cashier? Are people so snobbish that they feel scanning their own items is beneath them? Or do they just feel intimidated by them?
