They are basically turning the VM position into signing as well now. They are becoming responsible for more of the non-pog ISM. My VM relies on me for a lot of assistance, but he's going to need to figure this out for himself as I am very busy with presentation stuff now.

I'm not scheduled any signing at all. So I guess the vm will be taking down all the OH's. And last year during and after our modernization, the only time I'd be scheduled signing on the schedule was during major sets. Zero time each week, unlike what the addendum says I made it work by going back there and sorting pallets, tidying up the fixture room, etc. But I think no more. I got no thanks or support from any management. So if they don't care, why should I?

I guess that falls under "Not my problem." I mean seriously, what sort of nincompoop company designs, creates, manufactures, and ships all this signing just to see it tossed? What a waste of money. I know at my sister store, ZERO Christmas signing OH's got put up. All in the compactor now.

How is that cost effective? So if Brian can't figure that out, then whatever.

On the side of the coolers. If you are looking straight at the reach in meat bunker there is a large amount of empty space that should have a graphic.

The ism guide called it the “meat bunker cooler graphic” but there is no part #.

Of course it does! I know when I shop for shampoo, I walk right past the ones in the home location and go back to the seasonal area. Makes total sense.

Nothing sells back there, which is good, because after the initial set, no one pushes back there.

I'm sure the square foot sales back there doesn't cover the cost of setting, stocking, and then tearing it down.
