In regards to planning in general at ETL/STL level, what are ‘TM Hiring’ Hours? As in looking at May planning, ‘TM Hiring: 210 hours’.

Is that the amount of hours we can’t fill with our current team?

This were listed separately from training hours, which stores will be getting a lot of in May, and we had a lot allotted. Plus we schedule any crucial or ‘oh shit’ shifts as inventory.
