To Write the schedule?? It was explained that STL & ETL-HR are the only 2 that are allowed to have their hands in it. Something about hrtm's getting too many hours that are unproductive. So why not pull the STL & ETL-HR from the floor and have them write it instead of an $11 an hour team...

How is your store setting up for the hiring event? Where are they doing first interviews? Where are they doing second interviews? My ETL HR is not very on the ball and I don't want to look stupid and not be prepared. I would appreciate any help or insight.

Where will I find the report that prints how many days since last incident? I'm looking for both team members and guest incidents. Is there a master list of reports somewhere?

Do ETLs have a required minimum number of hours to work? I had a salaried job years ago and my pay was based on working five days, nine hours per day. I see posts that mention 50 hour work weeks for an ETL but I honestly believe there is only one in our store that ever does more than 8 hours...

OK, what kind of BS is this . . . a 3.5 hour shift, from 7pm-10:30pm, and the kicker is that the shift is for the Fitting Room. Really? o_O And this is an Ultra Low volume store.
