Archived Does the name Cephas sound familiar?

The thing with Cephas is he knows exactly what a brand process is, so when he calls you out on something, even if it seems nitpicky, it burns because you know he's right each time. If he's visiting your store I would suggest your electronics person brush up on their connected home products...

Archived Feels Like Medical Condition Discrimination at Interview

My questions is... What positions were open that you were applying to? If it was not for a team lead position, then stating that you require full time hours probably was another reason for you to be turned down. There are very few positions outside of a TL that give full time hours.

Archived New loyalty program test called "Target Red"

If you're in DFW the target app just updated and allows signups for red. The free next day delivery from "restock" up to 45 lbs of essentials looks like a nice addition.

Archived Guests trying to price match Dicks $74 GoPro Hero5

Even if you didn't want to deny it as a not in stock online item, you could deny it as not matching clearance pricing (75% off). Though it is a moot point now that dick's website is showing product not available now. We had at least 20+ phone calls / people in store looking for them this...

    Archived Cold temperatures

I would love for you to provide the training module number for this extreme temperature training. I have been with Target many years, originally as a cart attendant and as a SrTL. Most of this time in states with extreme temps on either end of the spectrum and have never heard of such a...

Archived Food handlers cards not required

All of the leaders (Sr TLs, ETLs) are required to have food handler certifications, and TMs in the areas should have done the Target training module on food safety.

If it's just being a key carrier the $1/hr is well worth it, Sr isn't really worth the extra headaches.

My store installed the new hanging style pushers on SBHD and Lunchmeat/Lunchables last year, they aren't the exact same pusher # as cheese, but the style is almost the exact same. We haven't run into any issues with them other than the giant PITA of installing the wall grates for initial setup.

I think there is a new number now, but back in 2014 the item description from the package for single slot holders was: Softlines Location Insert Holder 100/pack Item# ES6-1042448 So sayeth random pictures in my phone.

Some of my easter backer paper had the wrong UPC printed on the outside box. If you scanned the box barcode it was Patio backer paper, but the DPCI on the "packing list" of the box was the correct Easter paper. All of the Easter paper boxes came in with the Garden Place / Seasonal green...

It's been years since I ordered them last and I'm not at work for a couple days to check. I used to order them so often I had it memorized, but now I don't remember it. I'm pretty sure it ended in 35, maybe F0035?

A 3" x 3" adhesive square with 4 white prongs that attach into the pegboard. In years past all headers down every aisle were attached to the gondola using bearclaws, now it's too easy with the left/right metal hooks. There is also a smaller version that has a 1" x 3" adhesive with prongs.
