MEGATHREAD Signing Tips, Tricks and Quips (along with howls of despair)

Staring at LITERALLY an entire Pallet (Atleast 400) hook and hangs for cosmestics, and realizing I have ordered 3 12 x 24 lit Cosmetics signs in January and STILL have not received them. I can't think of how useful a "Signing Specialist Craigslist" would be...

Anyone need Hook and Hangs? I'll give u an entire Pallet for 2 12 x 24 Cosmetic sign holders... All we would need to spend is the shipping...

Imagine how much money would be saved.


The main problem at spot is that they do not look at the areas that are costing them VAST amounts of money, and always turn to cutting payroll first, and foremost... which for many areas (A Market Veteran here) will cost them even more money than just adding an extra person to help carry the load.

Are you looking for the ones that go above the sections? Or in with the product? If so... I definitely just threw out 4 of them... :/

Anyone else having an issue with the ladder display fit?

I haven't been able to set this do to the amount of clearance. They combined it from all the areas and put it into this pog. I did receive the fixture though.

Does anyone possibly have the number for labels for the pfresh date gun. Can be the produce or meat labels, our store doesn't seem to care, but i can't seem to find them on SAP.

I think the sap number is Af741.

You can lower the white L retaining bars from the very top to somewhere just below the signing to secure to the wall then zip tie the bottom or something...

@BigEyedPhish wait I think I misread/misunderstood what is the part number you are looking for? Is it the rather close up to the wall sign holder? I don't have any of those, but I have crap tons of just about every thing else. @Hardlinesmaster are we allowed to do store to store trades? Like through ups?

We do it local sometimes...but most of you aren't close enough. Normally the stl or etl will drive down for stuff.

Closest store to my own is about an hour away... Store to Store trades, IMO could save as much money as Ship to Store probably makes

I just use plain white ones for everything. "Best by" makes guests think it isn't edible after that date. Plain ones though sometimes confuse them because they think it's the price. Have yet to come across "sell by". That would be a better choice imo.

We already have them in printer ink? .. I legit walked around the store looking for somewhere to use them.. I'm about to go tear up babies and use them everywhere.

Just walked through my local hannaford super market and they added pushers to everything in pouches. Plus little boxes. Mostly premium brands of natural or organic or gluten free. It look amazing, but they have bigger pushy pieces and they are a mix between the add-a-track of our gen3 and the back piece to push of a produce/ freezer pusher. I wanted to take a pic but didn't want to be creepy...

...got enough ordered for eye care, baby, printer ink, rice and coffee. Plus the one shelf here and there in grocery.

Ours is combined with getting target mobile...fml. But at least corporate is sending my gen 3 pushers in time for ink.

No. It doesn't. Not according to the 20 odd pages of instructions of "hey just so you are fucking prepared"
If we all close our eyes, click our heals together, sneeze a little and and toot a little too, maybe just maybe we can scare the guy who thought it was a cool idea to move 15-18 odd isles, with all the trimmings (i.e. Backer Papper peg hooks displays it's etc- clearly has not spent over much time on pog or signing) 116 hrs to do all that crap. And then maybe he will feel a tad bad and give us gen 3 pushers
