Yep... Our store was apparently supposed to be an expansion store for "naturals"... Nope. Not on the list. Mysupported this. They told me I received the parts. Spent two months back and forth with them, my DTL was involved and said we never got the parts they closed the case and never sent me the pieces. So instead of HBA shelves and fixtures I had to set it on regular shelves. That was how long ago and I still have nothing? Smh. Lol

MySupport always tells me "This item is available on SAP. Please make your order through SAP."

I get it, sometimes it's a cheap sign.. But it's not my fault they forgot to send it to me. The worse answer I received was when they didn't send me the XBOX display and mysupport said" We'll send it to you within 3 months" - - when I didn't receive it, I checked back with them and turns out, they cancelled my order and told me to order it myself on SAP.

I've literally stopped asking mysupport about my signs.

I decided to just order the new wine fixtures and signs without bothering mysupport...backorder. wtf? Way to support a new set. Now I'm going to mysupport and beg for them to find what i need now...

Mine assumes I do, cause my pptl only does it if I insist she do it herself. 90%of the ordering and mysupport goes through me....and I'd better get a kick ass review and raise to reflect that.

I recently MySupported a missing fixture (up-slanted 36" black bar) from my store's TV wall. We have a unique TV wall in that one section is 36" wide instead of the usual 48" so it gets tricky. I explained we do not have the fixture, I searched for it on SAP, found a fixture that was close to what I needed but at a different size (48" long, but not the 36" we need), and that I was unable to find the right size.

What do they do? They tell me to search for "BLACK BAR" on SAP and order the right fixture. I again explain I am unable to find the fixture on SAP and ask if they could provide any information that would help me acquire the fixture.

They then request a picture of the fixture I need so they could be of more help.

I'm not even going to try to explain the why's of this, but can someone snap shot the apparatus that holds this to the shelf for me? I was in another store and was like hey!! That's what that is for and it never occurred to me I might need to know how it went on. I included my image and the completed store image. THANKS! image.jpeg image.png

The top slides onto the back of the white shelf. There's two brackets that side into it that built to the regular shelves. I'll try to remember to grab a pic tomorrow.
 
@signingminion thanks that would be super!!! I know (well I hope anyway) the parts are kicking around somewhere, but I don't know what they look like. They got shifted around during all the craziness :/ !

If your shelf heights are right there's no way that you should have that much of a gap. It was a tight fit at the stores around here.

I don't have a picture on hand but each one had two of those L-shaped metal brackets that screw onto the shelves and slide into the pole, just like the old signing in toys, and the top of the poles slides in behind the white shelf cover.
 
Staring at LITERALLY an entire Pallet (Atleast 400) hook and hangs for cosmestics, and realizing I have ordered 3 12 x 24 lit Cosmetics signs in January and STILL have not received them. I can't think of how useful a "Signing Specialist Craigslist" would be...

Anyone need Hook and Hangs? I'll give u an entire Pallet for 2 12 x 24 Cosmetic sign holders... All we would need to spend is the shipping...

Imagine how much money would be saved.


The main problem at spot is that they do not look at the areas that are costing them VAST amounts of money, and always turn to cutting payroll first, and foremost... which for many areas (A Market Veteran here) will cost them even more money than just adding an extra person to help carry the load.

You want the ones that are short tall and long across right?
 
@POG997 opening sentence.... Not event going to explain the whys.... :(. Ongoing issues. :oops: But thanks I will try to change shelf heights.
