You don't turn a profit purely by changing the inner workings of a business. There are multiple factors that drive financial success in any retail. The primary one being a guest service driven staff. But these people are not robots and can only handle certain input/output bandwidth. They've now quadrupled the workload of almost the entire staff at TM level without any sort of add into payroll or staffing size.... this is blissful ignorance...I'm sorry but that's what it is...a chain of management being given models and feed information that it will drive sales and profit.. without having any more than a guess or high hope that it will actually work..BLISSFUL IGNORANCE.
