Just got word today that I passed my first two interviews and that my schedule was going to be sent to our DTL so he could visit our store for a "casual" interview to discuss metrics and what not. Kind of nervous and looking for any advice. Thanks. :)

What's the trick to get all of the TVs to come on when the store opens?

Curious out there-In the stores that have everything locked up (vacuums, cosmetics, fragrances, movies...) how do you continue to strive good guest service?

All the shelves in electronics in my store are the height of the shelves in the movie section.

How do you remove the items using the magnet to allow the guest to pushase the item.

What's the normal policy for handling locked up merchandise? I know for all/most of the stuff in electronics, you're supposed to unlock carry the item over yourself and have the guest pay for it right then and there..right? But what about other areas of the store? I had a guest want dog flea...
