I'm Lost! Reviews

presentation expert role is much more limited than the former plano team. GM owns revisions and salesplanners, presentation experts only assist in major resets

I fought like hell to get off the sales floor at my old store and had to transfer to Starbucks instead. Got into POG at my new store, and now they want me to go back to the sales floor? I'd sooner walk over a bed of hot coals, lower hours or not.

I imagine TMs who have been with Target for a while make at least TL base pay, ye?

No everyone who is a tm gets bumped for a bit then the big raise comes and new hires make the same so its level playing field again no matter how long you have been there as a tm

That applies to pretty much everyone, but I know a team member who has been at the same store for 25 years and makes $18.25, which is more than the base for PG45. She probably started around $4 or so and isn’t even good. That store has several team members around 25 years and this is in an area with a very low cost of living.

That said, anyone under 15 years is at the base, except for some former high-performing SrTLs.

Shit just 18? Some of my team members makes that much after 10 years with target and they started when the minimum was 6$ . My back up fill has been with target for 11 years already making over 18 as a tm he just became a tl this week and makes 25$ now .

I make 15 after 11 years. I was a specialist and got to keep my $1 from that. I got a quarter pump when they switched my title to Entertainment Team Member. All my reviews have been outstanding except my first one after working seasonally. I also got one increase when starting pay went up back in 2009, even though I was making more than it. How can someone make 18 after 10 years unless you at some point had a higher starting paying than most Targets because of minimum wage? I started at 6.25$.

I want to work at your store. I've been with Target since 2000, and with the raise from my most recent review, I make $12.32. I started at $6.00, and had Excellent reviews until I was foolish enough to ask for the promotion they promised me was coming. I did hit the salary cap once. It was the year they transitioned from giving reviews on the anniversary of one's hire date to doing all reviews in April. I got an Excellent that year, which entitled me to a small raise, but that was pro-rated because it was only nine months from my previous review.

There is no pog .
We have BOTH GM experts AND presentation experts. yet The poster was asked to move from presentation/transition to GM of seasonal. When you think about how often seasonal changes, it’s not that long between transitions anyway. Set, maintain, re-set......rinse and repeat. Plus, in theory, poster should get more hours because with the limited work for the transition team......poster may want to reconsider.
I got my review and raise - 2.7% They want me to go from POG to being the seasonal "expert", despite the STL saying we'd still have POG experts. When they asked what I thought, I told them if I interviewed off the street and was offered the job as described, I wouldn't take it.

So far nothing has happened...I'll be damned if I leave POG.

The merit raise for this person has always been 6% always outstanding reviews . He was also overnight tl , demoted but didn’t take the raise besides the 1 $ for the key . Now became tl again was making 18$ merit raise was 98 cents plus the 4 $ the tl raise as a key carrier .

Your said some of your team as if a good chunk of people are making 18$ or more after 10 years. One person with unique circumstances is a different story.

I can remember at least twice when shift diff was rolled into pay for flow/POG. The first time, it was 2.50, and the second it was 2.00. We have a couple former flow tms making bank.
