Hey y'all. Is there a certain amount of time that I have to work at Target before I can crosstrain? I was hired for Cafe/Food Ave. back in April and I would like to cross into Starbucks.

So now stores are being given additional training hours to train electronics, AA, front of store and beauty team members. I've already been told the training will be used as regular payroll and to key the trainings as if they actually happened.
